At Nebula Robotics, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products, including Nebula Robots. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward Refund and Return Policy to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read the following policy guidelines carefully:

Eligibility for Refund and Return:

To be eligible for a refund and return, the Nebula Robot must have been purchased directly from Nebula Robots. If the robot was bought through an authorized reseller, please contact them for their specific return policy.
The Universal Robot must be in its original condition, with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
The request for a refund and return must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Initiating the Refund and Return Process:
To initiate a refund and return, please contact our customer support team at sales@nebularobotics.com. Provide them with your order details, reason for the return, and any relevant information.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Shipping and Packaging:
The customer is responsible for shipping the Nebula Robot back to our designated return address. We recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking for your convenience.
The Nebula Robot must be securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging, if possible, or suitable protective materials.

Inspection and Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned Nebula Robot, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.
If the returned product meets the criteria, we will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Non-Eligibility for Refund and Return:
Products that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1 will not be eligible for a refund and return.
Nebula Robots that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or accidents will not be eligible for a refund.

Warranty Information:
